Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time
Location: Lake Park, MN
Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 / year, DOE

Position Overview:

• Lead and oversee all daily café and kitchen operations.
• Build, train, and retain a strong, reliable team.
• Set the tone for service, culture, and guest experience.
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and execution.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
• Own scheduling, staffing, and coverage needs.
• Step in wherever needed, from barista work to kitchen support.
• Handle guest interactions with professionalism and care.

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

• Proven leadership experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
• A professional who takes ownership and accountability, not just direction.
• Strong operational instincts and attention to detail.
• The ability to lead in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• A team builder who creates buy-in and consistency.
• ServSafe certification is preferred, or a willingness to obtain it shortly after hire.
• A positive, dependable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
