Staff Full Stack Engineer

Job Description What You’ll Do As a Staff Fullstack Engineer, you will work with a team to propose, define, drive, and execute projects on Lilt’s Linguist GUI, App Server, and backend systems, enabling linguists to deliver localized experiences. This high‑visibility role involves working on large‑scale, distributed systems, using modern technologies, and iterating on processes. In addition you will be curious, detail oriented, energized by challenges, able to think big and dive deep, and open to experimenting and iterating on processes as the company grows.
