What You'll Do

As our Lead Preschool Teacher, you will:

• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum with enthusiasm and creativity.
• Foster each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Build strong, professional relationships with families through daily communication.
• Complete observations and developmental assessments.
• Lead classroom routines while maintaining licensing compliance.
• Mentor and support Assistant Teachers within your classroom.
• Collaborate with leadership and fellow teachers to create an exceptional learning experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Must meet Colorado Lead Teacher qualifications
• Experience working in a licensed childcare center or preschool
• Passion for early childhood education
• Strong classroom management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliable, dependable, and positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with young children throughout the day
