This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to build strong maintenance teams, improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and keep production moving.If you have a strong background in food or beverage manufacturing and enjoy solving problems, developing technicians, and driving continuous improvement, this could be an excellent next step.What You'll LeadLead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians across multiple shiftsOwn preventive and predictive maintenance programsImprove equipment reliability, uptime, and overall maintenance performanceTroubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, PLC/automation, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsPartner with Production, Quality, and Sanitation to support production goalsIdentify root causes of recurring equipment failures and implement lasting solutionsDrive TPM, Lean, reliability, and continuous improvement initiativesManage maintenance budgets, spare parts, inventory, contractors, and vendorsLead equipment installations, commissioning, upgrades, and improvement projectsTrack maintenance KPIs, including downtime, PM completion, and MTBFEnsure maintenance activities meet OSHA, FDA, GMP, food safety, and facility standardsWhat We're Looking For5-10+ years of maintenance experience in food or beverage manufacturing3+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experienceBachelor's degree in Engineering preferred, with Electrical Engineering strongly preferredStrong knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systemsExperience with PLCs, automation, controls, pneumatics, and hydraulicsWorking knowledge of CMMS and preventive/predictive maintenance programsStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilitiesProven ability to lead, coach, and develop skilled maintenance professionalsExperience in baking, high-speed packaging, or high-volume production is a plusThe Person We're Looking ForYou don't just react when equipment goes down.
