We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to oversee the daily operations of a nursing unit. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care, supervising nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage nursing staff on assigned unit (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) Ensure high standards of resident care and clinical outcomes Coordinate and oversee care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Monitor documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance Manage staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for team members Address resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Salary & Benefits Salary Range: RN Unit Manager: $80,000-$89,000 per year LPN Unit Manager: $70,000 - $83,000 per year (based on experience, credentials, and location) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) and holidays 401(k) retirement plan Career advancement opportunities Ongoing training and professional development Why Join Aviata Health Group Collaborative and supportive work environment Focus on quality care and resident satisfaction Opportunities for leadership growth and advancement How to Apply Submit your resume and credentials to be considered for this opportunity.
