QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN

THE POSITION:
Are you a detailed oriented individual? Are you well versed in CCTV Technology? Do you enjoy gathering information and dealing with metrics?
As the Quality Assurance Technician, you will:
- Monitors facilities for security, loss prevention, safety, operational activities, using CCTV.
- Assists in conducting investigations (video review) involving internal and external theft incidents as directed.
- Review and match footage or investigation data to Incident/Accident reports for work-related employee injuries, customer injury and unusual incident reports
- Support the investigation of over/short reports in partnership with Operations.
- Maintains confidentiality of and uses discretion in dealing with sensitive or controversial issues and information
- Maintains reports, records, evidence and digital files in a complete and orderly manner

THE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum one year of loss prevention experience to include CCTV work, surveillance work, retail theft observation knowledge, or other related field work.
- CCTV use and techniques.
- Shoplifting and internal theft observation techniques.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work occasional after-hours and weekends
- Able to lift, push, and pull up to twenty-five (25) pounds regularly. For weights over twenty-five (25) pounds, request additional team member assistance as needed.
- Ability to bend, reach and stand for extensive period of time, and lift up to twenty-five pounds on an occasional basis.
