We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master to join our growing Analytics & Reporting team. This role is ideal for an experienced Agile delivery professional who is passionate about helping cross-functional teams align priorities, improve delivery processes, remove barriers, and consistently deliver high-quality analytics and reporting solutions. This position offers the opportunity to support a diverse portfolio of analytics initiatives across Clinical Analytics, Operations & Client Success Analytics, Value-Based Care Analytics, and Analytics Engineering. The Scrum Master will serve as a delivery leader, facilitator, and strategic partner, helping teams balance business priorities, stakeholder expectations, technical dependencies, and available capacity. The Scrum Master is responsible for establishing and maintaining consistent delivery practices across the Analytics & Reporting organization. This role will partner closely with Analytics & Reporting leadership, Product, Clinical, Operations, Client Success, Finance, Data Engineering, and other business and technical stakeholders to: Align priorities across analytics teams and business functions. Facilitate team meetings, Agile ceremonies, project reviews, and stakeholder discussions. Maintain visibility into project status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments. Proactively identify and elevate delivery risks, capacity constraints, and competing priorities. Communicate weekly project updates to critical Analytics & Reporting stakeholders. Improve delivery consistency, accountability, transparency, and predictability. Support continuous improvement of analytics intake, prioritization, and delivery processes. The ideal candidate combines strong Scrum and Agile delivery expertise with excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder-management, and organizational skills. This individual must be comfortable working across technical and business teams and influencing outcomes without direct management authority. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support the successful delivery of analytics, reporting, data engineering, and business intelligence initiatives across the Analytics & Reporting organization. Serve as the primary Scrum Master and delivery facilitator supporting Clinical Analytics, Operations & Client Success Analytics, Value-Based Care Analytics, and Analytics Engineering. Lead internal team meetings focused on project updates, delivery status, milestones, risks, blockers, dependencies, capacity, and upcoming priorities. Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, demonstrations, and retrospectives. Establish clear meeting objectives, agendas, decisions, action items, owners, and due dates while ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding commitments. Partner with Analytics & Reporting leadership to align priorities across teams and translate organizational objectives into actionable delivery plans. Facilitate prioritization discussions when teams encounter competing stakeholder requests, capacity limitations, cross-functional dependencies, or changing business needs. Develop and communicate weekly project and portfolio updates to critical stakeholders, including accomplishments, current status, upcoming milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions needed, and escalations. Serve as a central coordination point between Analytics & Reporting teams and stakeholders across Clinical, Operations, Client Success, Finance, Product, Data Engineering, and other business functions. Proactively identify project risks, issues, blockers, resource constraints, and cross-team dependencies that may affect delivery timelines or business outcomes. Partner with project owners and team members to develop mitigation plans, resolve barriers, and establish clear paths forward. Escalate unresolved risks, priority conflicts, delivery concerns, or resource constraints to the appropriate leaders with clear context, business impact, and recommended next steps. Track escalated issues through resolution and communicate decisions and outcomes to affected teams and stakeholders. Maintain portfolio-level visibility into active projects, analytics requests, committed deliverables, backlog items, delivery dates, ownership, and project health. Promote consistent use of Jira to manage epics, stories, tasks, priorities, milestones, statuses, owners, due dates, blockers, and dependencies. Partner with analytics leaders and stakeholders to ensure project scope, requirements, success criteria, responsibilities, and delivery expectations are clearly defined. Support the Analytics & Reporting intake and prioritization process by helping ensure new requests are appropriately documented, evaluated, prioritized, assigned, and communicated. Monitor delivery trends and performance indicators, including work in progress, backlog volume and aging, blocked work, milestone completion, sprint commitments, delivery risks, and capacity constraints. Facilitate retrospectives and continuous‑improvement activities that result in specific, measurable, and accountable action plans. Identify recurring causes of delivery delays, rework, unclear ownership, missed expectations, or communication gaps and recommend practical process improvements. Develop and maintain standardized templates, status definitions, meeting structures, governance practices, escalation procedures, and delivery documentation. Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, effective backlog management, project transparency, prioritization, and collaborative delivery practices. Help Analytics & Reporting teams balance urgent operational requests with strategic initiatives, recurring deliverables, production support, and committed project work. Foster a collaborative, transparent, accountable, and solutions‑oriented environment across Analytics & Reporting and its stakeholder groups How You’ll Strengthen Our Team: Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile delivery, project management, program coordination, technology delivery, or a related role. 2+ years of experience supporting analytics, reporting, business intelligence, data engineering, technology, or other technical delivery teams. Experience supporting multiple teams, projects, or concurrent workstreams involving cross‑functional business and technical stakeholders. Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, project meetings, stakeholder discussions, and leadership‑level status reviews. Experience managing project risks, dependencies, blockers, decisions, action items, delivery milestones, and escalations. Experience developing written project updates, portfolio summaries, executive‑level communications, and escalation materials. Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or a similar work‑management platform to maintain project and backlog visibility. Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes, establish accountability, and move work forward without direct management authority. Experience managing competing priorities and coordinating complex projects in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe Scrum Master, or a comparable certification. Experience supporting healthcare analytics, population health, value‑based care, clinical operations, payer, provider, or care‑management initiatives. Experience working in a healthcare, financial services, or other highly regulated environment. Experience supporting analytics and reporting solutions developed using SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar technologies. Experience supporting data engineering, data platform, data warehouse, semantic modeling, or business intelligence delivery teams. Experience managing analytics intake, demand management, backlog prioritization, resource planning, or portfolio governance processes. Experience supporting teams responsible for a combination of strategic projects, recurring reporting, production support, regulatory deliverables, and urgent stakeholder requests Experience working with geographically distributed, remote, or matrixed teams Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Agile Delivery and Project Management Advanced SQL skills with the ability to query, analyze, and validate large healthcare datasets. Proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Excel for reporting, dashboard development, and data visualization. Experience with Python, or other analytical programming languages preferred. Understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and reporting best practices. Experience performing data validation, quality assurance, and root cause analysis. Facilitation and Meeting Leadership Understanding of value‑based care principles, population health management, and healthcare performance measurement. Knowledge of healthcare claims data, member attribution methodologies, utilization analysis, and cost‑of‑care performance metrics. Familiarity with healthcare coding systems including ICD‑10, CPT, HCPCS, and DRG classifications. Understanding of quality measures, care management workflows, and healthcare delivery models. Stakeholder Management and Communication Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within complex datasets. Ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights and recommendations for business stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality. Ability to independently manage projects and prioritize competing deadlines. Portfolio, Priority, and Capacity Management Ability to maintain visibility into a portfolio of projects, requests, milestones, delivery commitments, and backlog items. Strong understanding of prioritization methods and the ability to facilitate objective discussions regarding urgency, business value, effort, dependencies, and capacity. Ability to identify conflicts between organizational priorities, stakeholder expectations, team commitments, and available resources. Ability to support leadership with clear delivery assessments, options, tradeoffs, and recommendations. Ability to coordinate work and dependencies across Clinical Analytics, Operations & Client Success Analytics, Value‑Based Care Analytics, and Analytics Engineering. Ability to help teams balance strategic initiatives, client commitments, recurring reporting, production support, and urgent business requests. Ability to use delivery and backlog data to identify trends, bottlenecks, capacity concerns, and opportunities for improvement. Technical and Operational Knowledge Proficiency with Jira or similar work‑management platforms used for intake, backlog management, sprint planning, project tracking, and portfolio reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and related collaboration and reporting tools. Working knowledge of analytics and data‑delivery lifecycles, including intake, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, stakeholder validation, deployment, and post‑production support. Familiarity with business intelligence, reporting, data engineering, data warehousing, and analytics concepts. Ability to understand technical dependencies, data‑quality concerns, testing requirements, and deployment risks without serving as the technical solution owner.
