We are currently seeking As-Needed Banquet Servers to join our award-winning hospitality team.

Full-time benefits include paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, and life insurance plans after just 90 days of employment.

Profit Sharing and 401k Plan is available to employees who are at least 21 years of age, have a minimum of one year of service, and have worked a minimum of 1,000 hours in a calendar year. The Club matches a portion of employee contributions.

YOUR ROLE: BANQUET SERVER

The Banquet Server is responsible for providing professional, attentive, and courteous service during Club events, banquets, meetings, weddings, and other private functions. This position assists with event setup, food and beverage service, event breakdown, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment throughout each function.

This is an as-needed, variable-hour position. Hours are based on the Club's banquet and event schedule and may vary from week to week. There is no set weekly schedule or guaranteed number of hours. Employees may be scheduled for individual events based on business needs and availability. 

Flexible availability is important , including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position is well suited for individuals seeking flexible work around another job, school, or other commitments.

What We're Looking For:

• A passion for outstanding service and creating memorable moments.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Previous serving experience.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• The position involves extended periods of standing and working in a fast-paced environment.
