We’re Hiring: Staffing Specialist (Recruiter)
Epic Personnel Partners is looking for a motivated and organized Staffing Specialist to join our team!
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can connect qualified candidates with the right opportunities. This role plays an important part in our recruiting efforts, client satisfaction, and overall operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Coordinate job offers, background checks, drug screens, and onboarding
- Communicate job requirements, schedules, and expectations clearly
- Partner with branch leadership and on-site teams to meet staffing needs
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure compliance with company and client requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and sense of urgency
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn staffing systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation
