Product Owner

As a Product Owner with MTSI you will provide support to the US Space Force, Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO-S), in its mission to provide defensive cyber capabilities to the warfighter.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 6+ years' experience as Scrum Master or Agile coach or 2 years' experience as a Product Owner
- Applications/Frameworks (at least 2): JIRA, Confluence, Slack, & SAFe
- Experience or Knowledge in the following Areas: Agile software development, agile methodologies, software development life cycle management, cross-functional
- Experience supporting Government, DoD, and USSF
- AWS Cloud; DevSecOps in Cloud environment
- Leading Teams (SM, PO, Technical Lead) developing Defensive Cyber capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in STEM OR Cyber-related specialty plus 10 years' experience, including Scrum Master or Product Owner (required);or Master's degree in STEM/Cyber- related specialty and experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
- SAFe Scrum Master & SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO/PM or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master & SAFe for Government
- Cloud Certification
- Cybersecurity certification, e.g . Security+
- Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. A Top Secret (TS) security clearance (with SCI and SAP eligibility) is HIGHLY desired.
- Place of work is Colorado Springs, remote work opportunity is limited. You may be required to travel periodically, less than 10%.
The pay range for this position in Colorado is $135,000/year to $155,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
