Superintendent- Sarasota, Florida

Responsibilities Supervise, plan, organize and control all resources and logistics (people and materials) for the successful execution of aproject. Lead subcontractors to ensuring project quality, schedule, budget, safety and exceptional client experience goals aremet. Complete take-offs and order materials timely forjobs. Create and manage schedules, prepare RFI’s, review and process Submittals and ShopDrawings. Prepare, daily and weekly project record andreports. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with Company Safety Policies and OSHA job-siterequirements. Qualifications & Education Requirements 5-7 years of construction field experience preferred in multi-family construction.
