Registered Nurse – Charge Acute Care for a travel assignment stationed in Los Angeles, CA. Start date: 09/14/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,740–$1,876 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide unit-based leadership in the development and provision of clinical services for the assigned nursing unit.
- Supervise and direct nursing and ancillary personnel, using professional and supervisory judgment.
- Initiate and coordinate individual and team conferences with health team members, patients, and families to plan and revise care plans.
- Direct and monitor staff performance of patient care activities to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of care.
- Participate in patient care as needed and foster patient- and family-centered care with attention to cultural diversity and individual needs.
- Conduct rounds to obtain an overview of patient care needs, introduce self to patients and families, and solicit feedback on the quality of nursing services.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Licenses/ Certifications: Current RN license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required by policy; facility may also require HLFS certification.
- Experience: At least two years of recent nursing experience in the field; supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills required.
- Additional: Ability to work in a home healthcare – hospice setting and to fulfill the night-shift schedule.
