The Role
As our Machine Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of electrical and mechanical equipment. You'll play a key role in keeping our facility safe, clean, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair plant electrical and mechanical systems in a timely manner.
- Work with electrical systems ranging from 24V power supplies up to 480V, plus hydraulic pumps, switches, air lines, and hoists.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on machines, HVAC, and AC systems.
- Manage shop coolant and water reclamation systems.
- Maintain an organized inventory using the Crib Master system.
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and hazard-free.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant mechanical/electrical experience or training
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical systems (110V, 220V, 480V), hydraulic pumps, and troubleshooting 24V power supplies. Familiarity with machine tool setups, way covers, and ATC/APC repair is a strong plus.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license.
- Qualities: A proactive, safety-minded problem solver who takes pride in a job well done.
