About the Role:

As a Caregiver/HHA, you will be responsible for providing routine care to our clients, including:

• Assisting with activities of daily living , such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Managing medication regimens and monitoring vital signs

• Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping tasks

• Providing emotional support and companionship to our clients

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care to clients in accordance with their personalized care plans

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe

• 0 years of experience in healthcare or a related field (no experience necessary, training provided)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (may be required for travel to client visits)
