IT Support Technician

GARNEY CONSTRUCTION

An   IT Support Technician position is available at Garney. Y ou will assist our Garney employees with technology issues, configuring and deploying technology equipment, and adapt to different problems developing solutions to improve the experience employees have with their technology. To thrive in this position, you must be motivated to learn about IT procedures, interact well with people, and have the ability to provide detail on issues and solutions .

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Support IT operations by maintaining technology equipment
• Have the ability to maintain IT tickets by finding solutions and updating within the system
• Troubleshoot general issues and provide detail in solutioning
• Configure and maintain technology
• You have the ability to understand technical documentation and follow IT procedures
• You can develop and track technology equipment and processes

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Organizational skills and the ability to swiftly adapt to assist with multiple issues
• You have knowledge of basic networking concepts
• You understand basic security and cybersecurity concepts
• Bilingual in English and Spanish - Preferred
