Food Microbiology Lab Technician - Day Shift

Michael Foods, Inc. in Gaylord, MN is seeking a Lab Technician responsible for media preparation, quality controls, and sample testing in our microbiology lab. The role supports food safety and product quality by performing incubator checks, sterilizer documentation, and data entry. You will manage lab supplies, inventory, and ordering (SAP knowledge), and ensure compliance with GMPs and safety rules.
