Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Negotiate and administer subcontractor and vendor agreements.
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Monitor project costs and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and potential schedule impacts.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Support business development efforts by fostering strong client relationships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience within commercial construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, contracts, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated success managing project budgets and subcontractor relationships.
