Role Description We are seeking a full-time, detail-oriented, and motivated Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team at a retail sales brokerage. This is an on-site position based in Robinson Township/Pittsburgh area. This position plays a key role in supporting client operations, managing data, and ensuring accuracy across order and product processes. Key Responsibilities Enter and process client orders accurately and efficiently Prepare, update, and maintain forms, spreadsheets, and reports Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations CPG Experience (consumer packaged goods) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and prioritization abilities Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to learn new systems quickly Previous experience in administrative, customer service, or client services role preferred Full-time position, on-site Collaborative, team-oriented environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Public Label Brands
