Support AI-related corporate and technology transactions. Develop expertise on AI issues in corporate transactions. Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and memoranda. Support fact development, discovery, and case strategy. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Requirements J.D. with strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school. 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably at a top-tier firm. Experience in regulatory/advisory, corporate transactional, or litigation matters. Excellent legal writing and analytical skills. Strong judgment and attention to detail. Interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technology. Admission (or eligibility for admission) in the relevant jurisdiction. Education J.D. Certifications Admission in the bar for the jurisdiction in which you are applying Skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
