Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in inpatient or outpatient settings, customizing treatment plans to cater to individual needs
• Deliver targeted physical therapy interventions focusing on mobility, strength enhancement, balance recovery, and overall functional improvement
• Work hand-in-hand with nursing staff, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to make the most of every opportunity for optimal outcomes
• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, discharge planning, and at-home exercises to support ongoing recovery
• Meticulously document evaluations, treatment procedures, and patient progress in compliance with industry standards and regulations

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from a recognized institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred, not mandatory

Skills
