Overview:

Culver's is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant. You will be responsible for supervising and training staff, managing inventory and supplies, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, offering a competitive pay rate of up to $18 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in daily operations of the restaurant
Supervise and train team members to deliver exceptional customer service
Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
