Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This local, temporary travel assignment starts on 07/01/2026 for 12 weeks. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of an RN, including routine nursing tasks and assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor patient responses and report changes promptly.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote safety, comfort, and dignity.
- Monitor and document vital signs, changes in condition, and care provided; maintain accurate and timely charting.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans; participate in care conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure infection control practices, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance within the LTC setting.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Graduation from an approved LPN program.
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting is preferred.
- Ability to work the night shift (18:00–06:30) and meet a 36-hour weekly schedule.
- Local candidate status to support a local assignment in the Santa Fe area.
