About the Role As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated educators in creating an engaging and interactive learning experience for our students. You will: Lead by example : Model the values and behaviors you want your students to adopt, and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Develop curricula : Collaborate with your team to design and implement effective lesson plans that meet the needs of our diverse student body. Mentor and coach : Support and guide your fellow teachers to ensure they have the resources and expertise needed to deliver exceptional results. Monitor progress : Track student progress and adapt your teaching strategies to meet the evolving needs of your students. Communicate effectively : Work closely with parents and other stakeholders to maintain open lines of communication and ensure a seamless experience for our families.
