In this dynamic role, you'll champion transformation across the entire value chain-boosting safety, elevating quality, accelerating delivery, optimizing inventory, and reducing cost. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. How you'll make an impact Champion a continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination. Lead and mature ITM deployment activities across the Factory. Facilitate kaizen events aligned to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost. Train, coach, and develop teams on ITM tools and methods. Lead Costout projects and guide others through successful execution. Collaborate effectively across crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment. Communicate clearly and influence at all organizational levels. Your background Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials, or process improvement. Authorization to work in the United States and/or Canada. Lean or Six Sigma training/certification preferred. Proven record of delivering measurable performance improvements. Experience leading change and influencing without authority. Familiarity with ITM, TPS, DBS, HOS, or similar operating systems.
