The role focuses on acquiring, developing, advising and retaining a portfolio through strong fundamentals in wealth planning. You’ll provide solutions across banking, investments and insurance based on each client’s objectives, risk tolerance and appropriate asset allocations. Success means deepening relationships, increasing wallet share and building a strong pipeline through referrals and community connections. You’ll also partner with Compliance, Credit and Risk and Internal Control to support a balanced risk operating environment.What you'll be doingProvide financial solutions and opportunities with our portfolio of clientsIncrease wallet share of existing clients and identify product opportunities within the business Conduct full needs assessments with current and potential Wealth customers and recommend appropriate banking, investment and insurance products and services to meet individual needs, based on objectives, risk tolerance and proper asset allocations Represent the Company in community organizations and activities to enhance the Company's image and maintain and grow a referral network for additional relationship opportunities while maintaining an active prospect pipelineWhat we're looking forBachelor’s degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experienceFINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) licensing requiredLife and Health insurance licenses requiredLanguage skill is a plusMeaningful experience in nontraditional banking financial sales, providing client recommendations and increasing sales, and building and maintaining valuable relationships with high-net-worth client portfoliosExpert knowledge in wealth planning and wealth products, the impact of macroeconomics/microeconomics/local market developments, and of external regulatory framework relevant to wealth managementStrong client focuses and ability to deliver needs-based solutions through effective communication, influencing, and sales skillsAbility to demonstrate strong relationship deepening skills with existing client base to build and grow relationships and develop referral sourcesStrong business development skills to work with outside COIs to develop self-sourced businessSelf-Motivated and Self-driven individual with strong relationships and communications skillsGood understanding of how to work with Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environmentGrowing meaningful wealth relationshipsThis role offers the opportunity to shape outcomes for high-value clients through thoughtful, need-based advice across banking, investments and insurance.
