Employees work under direct supervision while involved in preparation, serving and cleaning. Duties/Responsibilities Serve food at the dining hall; set up buffet lines and serve individual plates; interact with customers from young children to senior citizens. Clean and sanitize the work area, operate a commercial dishwasher; clean chairs, tables and service lines; sweep and mop floors; clean windows, baseboards, blinds; walkways and walls of food service building.
