This position offers exposure to a broad range of accounting functions and is ideal for someone looking to build your career in accounting. Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Review transactions and investigate discrepancies or unusual variances Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting functions as needed Support the preparation of financial statements, schedules, and management reports Assist with budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis Prepare documentation and provide support during internal and external audits Ensure accounting activities are completed in accordance with company policies and GAAP Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting questions and issues Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting accuracy Preferred Qualifications For The Staff Accountant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred 1–3 years of accounting experience; internships and entry-level experience will be considered #INAUG2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
