Production Planner
Keep Projects Moving From Plan to Production
Growing manufacturer of engineered material handling and conveyor systems is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate production schedules, resources, and project timelines. This is a great opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving scheduling challenges and working across departments to keep projects on track.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain production schedules using Microsoft Project
- Develop and manage Gantt charts
- Coordinate timelines for conveyor and material handling projects
- Work with engineering, production, purchasing, project management, and vendors
- Monitor milestones and identify potential delays or scheduling conflicts
- Support production capacity and resource planning
- Coordinate shipment timing to meet customer deadlines
- Communicate schedule updates across departments
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred
- 1+ year of relevant experience
- Microsoft Project experience required
- Strong Gantt chart and scheduling skills
- Manufacturing, production planning, or project coordination experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
