You'll act as a strategic relationship manager, guiding clients through complex self-funded accounts and ensuring their needs are met with innovative solutions. In this role, you'll lead client accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery and cultivating strong relationships. You'll manage complex self-funded accounts, oversee annual strategies, and provide solutions tailored to client needs. By leveraging Gallagher's resources and tools, you'll enhance efficiency and deliver high-quality client outcomes. You'll also mentor new hires and team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
Here's what you'll do:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic liaison.
- Lead the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process with a 95% retention target.
- Share market expertise with clients and keep them informed of compliance-related issues.
- Mentor and guide team members, supporting their professional development.
- Use Gallagher's tools and resources to maximize productivity and quality.
About You:
A bachelor's degree with 5+ years of client service or claims management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 10+ years of relevant experience. Appropriate licensing and the ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to use technology to improve productivity. Strong written and verbal communication skills to build professional relationships. A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Compensation and benefits:
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
