Shady Nook Inn is looking for a motivated, high-energy individual to join our kitchen as a Pizza and Grinder Specialist . If you have a great attitude and a "can-do" spirit, we want to meet you! You don’t need years of professional experience to succeed here—we are looking for someone who is eager to learn the art of the perfect pizza and the build of a legendary grinder. We will provide all the training you need to master the pizza station in our lakeside kitchen. What You’ll Do: Master the Oven: Learn to top pizzas with precision, and bake them to perfection. Build Great Grinders: Master our signature grinders, ensuring every sandwich is toasted to a golden crisp and loaded with fresh ingredients. Prep for Success: Learn essential kitchen skills, including fresh vegetable prep, meat slicing, and sauce making, to keep your station fully stocked. Maintain the Vibe: Keep your workspace clean, organized, and ready for the Big Long Lake dinner rush. Grow with Us: Work closely with our kitchen team to ensure every plate leaving the kitchen makes our guests smile.
