- The main purpose of this position is ensuring external customer as well as internal peer satisfaction by providing effective and efficient support relative to all aspects of order management.
- This position acts as a bridge between the company and its customers, ensuring the customer needs are met and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Timely and accurate input of customer orders sourcing to multiple fulfillment centers, including late order tracking
- Reviewing, updating, and maintaining customer information and requirements
- Working with Planning, Scheduling, Production and Shipping to ensure on-time shipments and manage inventory in a cost-effective manner
- Working with stakeholders to help resolve issues and implement corrective action plans where needed.
