TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Boston, Massachusetts, 02118!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 hours Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years of recent Level I or II Emergency Department experience and/or 2+ years of recent Level III or IV Emergency Department experience. License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS (must be active/unexpired) Must-Have: Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips and identify heart blocks. Must pass a Telemetry Test on Day 1 (minimum score of 85%). Description: This position requires candidates to work night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. The schedule includes two weekends in a four-week period and every other holiday. Candidates should be flexible with floating to various areas, including Psych Emergency Department and Pediatric Emergency Department, caring for patients aged 15 and older unless previous pediatric experience is available. The Emergency Department is very busy, holding up to 120 treatment areas and serving 350-440 patients per day. Patient ratios can vary from 1 to 4-5 patients, depending on acuity. Travelers will not be placed in trauma rooms during their assignment.
