Warehouse - LeadSyncreon by DP World delivers tailored, scalable and progressive solutions to customers in more than 100 global locations. The company has managed supply chain synergies for global automotive and technology premier brands for more than 60 years. This is a fully onsite role at our Fairburn Location. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead based in Fairburn, GA to assist with daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and strict safety compliance. We are currently hiring for the following shifts:Inbound 1st Shift Monday - Thursday from 5:00am to 3:30pm.Inbound 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday from 5:00pm to 3:30am.Inbound 1st Shift Weekend Friday - Sunday from 5:00am to 5:00pm.Inbound 2nd Shift Weekend Friday - Sunday from 5:00pm to 5:00am.About the RoleHow you will contribute:Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.Assist with monitoring daily KPI's, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required.Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy.Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.Your Key Qualifications:HS Diploma / GED.Experience in a Lead role.Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.Prior forklift experience.CompensationDP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
