RN Telephonic Concurrent Review Nurse

Job Description Daily Responsibilities of Registered Nurse Concurrent Review; Telephonically review inpatient admissions to assure appropriate level of care and medical necessity Review admissions through telephonic review to ensure medical necessity and appropriate level of care. Review and audit patient charts Act as clinical resources to referral staff and make appropriate referrals. Provide patient and provider education. Data enters assessments, authorizations and reviews into the system. Qualifications Requirements of Registered Nurse Concurrent Review; Current, active RN in the state of Florida 2+ years of clinical nursing experience Hours for this Position: Monday – Friday 8AM – 5:30PM; 100% office based Advantages of this Opportunity: Plenty of room for growth!
