Job Description

Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Previous school-based PT experience preferred, especially with preschool or early elementary students
• Understanding of IEP processes and goal-setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate and patient approach when working with young children

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services to identified students per IEP requirements
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes
• Support the development of motor skills and independence in young learners
• Educate staff and families on adaptive techniques and home programs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
