This role offers a hybrid work schedule and requires regular on-site support at our El Dorado Hills, CA office, with a minimum of four days per week in office during onboarding and training. Reporting to the Director of IT, the ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, a service-oriented mindset and the ability to manage day-to-day support responsibilities while assisting with on-site projects and device deployment. This role is especially important in supporting employee onboarding, workstation setup, IT asset tracking and in-office infrastructure needs at Keeper's El Dorado Hills location.ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 1 IT support to Keeper employees across hardware, software, access and basic technical issuesDeliver on-site IT support for employees and infrastructure located in Keeper's El Dorado Hills, CA officeSet up, deploy and maintain Windows and macOS workstations, laptops, mobile devices and related IT assetsSupport employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning, access changes and asset coordinationMonitor, triage and respond to IT service requests from employees and contractors in a timely mannerAssist with desktop and endpoint-related projects while maintaining day-to-day support responsibilitiesMaintain accurate IT asset records and conduct regular inventory auditsPartner with third-party vendors and service providers to support delivery of IT servicesHelp maintain physical security systems such as door access and camera systems in office locationsEscalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal IT resources while maintaining clear communication with end usersContribute to documentation, process consistency and a high-quality internal support experienceSupport employees across multiple time zones, including occasional work outside of normal business hours when neededRequirements2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, service desk or a related technical support roleExperience providing end-user IT support in a business environmentProficiency with Microsoft Windows and macOS; familiarity with Linux is a plusFamiliarity with cloud-based infrastructure and business applications such as Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace or similar platformsExperience provisioning and supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices and common employee productivity toolsStrong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and user access issuesStrong communication and customer service skills for a distributed and global employee baseAbility to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively across teamsAbility and willingness to use AI tools effectively to improve troubleshooting, documentation, workflow efficiency and day-to-day IT support operationsAbility to lift up to 30 pounds as part of regular job dutiesAbility to work on-site in El Dorado Hills, CA multiple days per week in support of employee and office IT needsPreferred QualificationsExperience with onboarding and offboarding workflows, including account provisioning and device deploymentFamiliarity with IT asset management practices and inventory controlExperience supporting identity and access-related issues such as MFA, account access or user provisioningFamiliarity with endpoint management or MDM toolsExperience working in a security-conscious or compliance-driven environmentBenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision (inclusive of domestic partnerships)Employer Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental lifeVoluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance401K (Roth/Traditional)A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc)Above market annual bonusesKeeper Security, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and participant in the U.S. Federal E-Verify program.
