MORE SUCCESS Qualifications and Skills Education and Experience: A High School Diploma or GED Ability to pass national licensing exam (or hold current license) NMLS license in at least one of these states to begin: VA, MD, WV, DE, PA, FL, TX two or more years as a Loan Officer is preferred.
