Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of Children in Care Undertake statutory visits and reviews Develop and review care plans to ensure positive outcomes Work closely with foster carers, residential providers, and partner agencies Support permanence planning, including long-term fostering, special guardianship, and adoption where appropriate Prepare high-quality reports for reviews and court proceedings when required Build strong relationships with children and young people to ensure their voices are central to planning About You Qualified Social Worker Registered with Social Work England Recent experience within a Children in Care, Looked After Children, or Permanence Team Strong care planning and relationship-based practice skills Ability to work effectively with children, families, and partner agencies If you're considering a move, looking for a long-term contract, or simply want to explore whether this opportunity could be right for you, we'd be happy to arrange a confidential discussion.
