Financial Reporting & Analysis Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking to fill a Financial Reporting & Analysis Manager role for a large, reputable organization. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a minimum of 5 years progressive accounting experience along with accounting leadership experience. This is a HYBRID role in a flexible work environment. We are seeking a team player who can work with and manage a remote staff of 2 tenured employees. To be eligible for this flexible HYBRID opportunity, you are required to live within 2 hours or less of Greensboro / Winston Salem, NC.Financial Reporting & Analysis Manager duties will include:Direct and lead a team of 2 remote AccountantsOverall responsibility of internal and external financial reporting and corporate level accountingParticipate in annual financial statement auditParticipation in annual budgeting processPerform accounting analysis & reviewData analysisDesired qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA is a plus)Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experienceProven supervisory experienceExcellent communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a large organizationProficiency in Microsoft ExcelI/T savvy / Report writing skills desiredIf this position sounds like you, apply today and connect with a recruitment specialist.
