Commercial Lender Opportunity

A community bank in Laramie is seeking a self-motivated Commercial Lender to grow and manage business relationships across Albany County and southeast Wyoming. The role covers new business development, underwriting, structuring, closing, and servicing, with credit decisions made locally.

Responsibilities:

• Learn each client's business and recommend the right loan and deposit solutions
• Cross-sell treasury and other bank services
• Maintain and grow existing commercial relationships
• Deliver on loan and deposit growth goals
• Open new accounts for business clients
• Assess creditworthiness and prepare loan memos and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Customer-facing commercial lending experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with proposals and underwriting
• Organized and able to multitask across several deals
• Familiarity with the Laramie business community is a plus
