We are currently seeking a Bi lingual Quality and Food Safety Coordinator at our Leominster MA location

• Support operations quality and food safety initiatives and use problem solving methodologies to develop and execute CAPA activities.
• Assist Quality Supervisor in leading Food Safety team and perform Food Safety audits.
• Maintain and issue CAPA’s resulting from Food Safety audits.
• Investigate customer complaints associated with Food Safety.
• Investigate Material Hold reports associated with Food Safety.
• Maintain Master Cleaning schedule and retain records.
• Assist in Product Withdrawal and Recall.
• Assist and work with Pest Control service and maintain records for all buildings.
• Support certification efforts including participating in cross functional teams such as Product Safety (SQF) and HAACP teams.
• Manage biological sampling and maintain records for both buildings.
• Provide Food Safety training for all employees.
• Review material COCs and maintain records.
• Maintain trending charts and participate in quality reviews.
• Participate in audits of EasyPak by external parties.
• Maintain area supplies as required.

Minimum Education and Experience Required

• 2 plus years of experience in workplace safety , preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• 2 plus years working with products to ensure quality compliance.
• Bi lingual in Spanish and English
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance requirements .
• Experience conducting safety training and workplace safety inspections.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) preferred.
• Ability to communicate safety procedures clearly to a diverse workforce.

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
