Associate Director, Employment Conditions Product and Process Design

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate Director to oversee employment conditions product and process design within People Services. This role owns global process governance, compliance, and operational excellence across the full employment lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Own design, governance, and lifecycle management of global employment condition processes and documentation
• Serve as accountable owner for employment condition change documentation including social plans and collective bargaining agreements
• Design end-to-end process for requesting, reviewing, approving, and implementing employment condition changes
• Ensure US and global compliance with regulatory requirements and employment laws across all operating regions
• Partner strategically with HRIT, Legal, Finance, and HR Business Partners to assess cross-functional impacts and mitigate risk

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field
• 8+ years progressive HR, employment law, or HR Operations experience
• Expertise in employment conditions, labor relations, or HR process design
• Strong knowledge of US and global employment law and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday and process documentation tools
• Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder processes in global or matrixed organizations

Compensation: $154,190 - $186,842
