We help you get there.D1 Training is seeking a proven sales leader with 3+ years of high-ticket fitness sales experience to own revenue growth and lead sales performance. This role is responsible for closing premium training packages, coaching team members on sales execution, and driving consistent results in a high-energy environmentWhat You'll DoOwn sales and revenue growth Generate, manage, and convert leads into membershipsConsistently close 60%+ of qualified consultationsOwn all membership sales, own all personal training sales, retention, and front-desk conversionOversee POS setup, billing, contracts, and promotionsLead and develop the team Run weekly 1:1s and staff meetings focused on sales performance and accountabilityRecruit, train, and coach staff to hit revenue and service goalsLead from the front as a first-one-in, last-one-out leaderManage the business Own the facility P&L, budgets, and financial performanceReview monthly financials with ownership, line by lineTrack KPIs including leads, close rate, retention, and revenue growthDeliver the D1 brand experience Serve as a key point of contact for members and familiesEnsure a world-class experience for youth athletes, adults, and professionalsSupport special events, community outreach, and brand activationsWhat We're Looking ForAssociate degree or equivalent experience3+ years of sales leadership or management experienceProven ability to generate leads and close salesExperience in fitness, gym, retail, or service-based operationsConfident, energetic leader who thrives under pressureBenefits & PerksFree membership in a state-of-the-art D1 Training facilityContinuing education through company-sanctioned eventsA high-performance culture focused on growth, accountability, and teamworkAbout D1 TrainingD1 Training is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up.Our mission is to motivate and inspire people to be their best through training with world-class coaches in an environment built on discipline, energy, and impact.Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
