Part-time Merchandiser

Fulfill merchandising needs through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees Work closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed Communicate issues with Mondelēz’ management team Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches Represent Mondelēz in store with a positive and upbeat attitude Requirements Be at least 18 years of age Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
