We are seeking an experienced
Production Lead
to support daily manufacturing operations within an electronics production environment. This hands-on role will be responsible for coordinating workflow, training team members, monitoring quality, and helping ensure production goals are met. If this sounds like you, please apply today!

$25.00-$30.00/hr DOE
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities
Perform assembly, testing, and machine operation activities
Lead and support production employees on the manufacturing floor
Coordinate workflow and production priorities
Review production documentation and work instructions
Conduct in-process quality checks
Troubleshoot production issues and support process improvements
Train and mentor team members
Communicate production updates and concerns with leadership
Qualifications
3+ years of electronics or electromechanical manufacturing experience
Strong assembly, testing, or machine operation background
Previous lead, trainer, or senior operator experience preferred
IPC certification or related technical training is a plus
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with small electronic components
