The Retirement Plan Advisor assists individuals in achieving a successful retirement and planning their financial future through group and individual presentations to participants of defined contribution 401(k)/(a), 403(b), and Government 457 plans across all plan sizes. Responsibilities Conduct retirement readiness reviews, one‑on‑one virtual and on‑site group meetings, and other individual meetings with target participants, applying consultative expertise to improve retirement outcomes. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders for each location and/or assigned employer‑sponsored plans. Manage meeting schedules, including travel booking, and document interactions in Salesforce to meet regulatory compliance guidelines. Create and execute dynamic business plans and tactics to drive positive retirement income objectives for participants. Achieve plan‑level and individual goals, meeting service level agreements and business results. Participate in client meetings, sales finals, or other external meetings as needed. Collaborate across internal service and management teams to improve effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree. 3–5 years of relevant financial services experience. Strong presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Strategic thinker who can work independently. Strong relationship‑building and territory‑management skills. FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 registrations required; current registrations strongly preferred. FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire. Preferred Skills Working knowledge of Salesforce. Understanding of building blocks for successful retirement planning. Basic understanding of defined contribution plans. Practical experience providing high‑level, consultative client interactions. Base salary range 75,800 to 107,075 dollars (total compensation may include bonus or incentive plans).
