Sales Associate

We're especially looking for someone available Mondays and Wednesdays. A cover letter isn't required, but the ones we receive always make an impression! At The Toy Shoppe, we’re not just ringing people up — we’re helping customers find the right gift and creating a fun, welcoming experience for kids and families. This is a hands-on role. You’ll be on the floor talking with customers, helping kids try things out, and making thoughtful recommendations. What you’ll do Help customers find great gifts quickly and confidently Engage with kids — demo toys and create excitement Keep the store clean, stocked, and ready for busy days Assist with gift wrapping and checkout What we’re looking for Friendly and comfortable talking to people Proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to do Able to stay off your phone on the sales floor Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Available on Saturdays (required) This is a great fit if you: Naturally start conversations with people Enjoy helping someone find the perfect gift Like being active and on your feet Not the right fit if you: Prefer to stay behind the counter Don’t enjoy interacting with kids Details Part-time Weekend availability required Retail experience is helpful, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr The Toy Shoppe Northport
