Job requirements and qualifications:

• Previous charge experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT R, CCI RCIS, ARRT CI, ARRT VI
• Skills: Diagnostic cardiac cath lab, interventional cardiac cath lab, cardiac implant closure device, cardiac stent placement, diagnostic catheterizations adult, IABP placement/removal, interpretation of dysrhythmias, left heart catheterization, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA), right heart catheterization, rotablator atherectomy, scrub procedures, equipment set up, recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, room circulator, scrub-maintain sterile field, isolation precautions/PPE, sterile technique, middle adult, older adult, special procedures, impella insertion, temporary pacemaker, transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), angioplasty, aortography, embolization, renal angiography, renal artery stent placement, carotid angiography, stent placement, carotid stenting, central venous access/port placement, dialysis graft interventions (fistulograms/declots), endovascular interventions, upper and lower extremity angiography, central venous access (non-tunneled/PICC lines), fluoroscopy, ultrasound, accurate monitoring, prep access site, thrombolysis/thrombectomy, Philips, EVAR (endovascular aneurysm repair), TEVAR (thoracic endovascular aortic repair)

• Travel compliance: Keep RTO to a minimum, preferably no requests for time off in the first two weeks of the assignment, or for full calendar weeks off during assignment. Any RTO must be approved and documented prior to start of assignment. Expect to work some holidays. 1 year experience required unless otherwise stated. Must be licensed to practice in SC at time of submission, no pending licenses accepted. Mile radius rule: 50 miles radius rule. 2 supervisory references required. Locals accepted at local rate. Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals nearby. Copy of certifications. Former perm staff must be gone for 5 years before eligible to return as a traveler. OT is after 48 for candidates confirmed to 4x12's. Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 2 hours. Modules are completed pre-start. Module hours must be margined for by agency/recruiter.
