This role contributes to project execution, client communication, and analysis, while developing technical expertise and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:Support end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and reportingConduct client interviews, testing, and data analysisPrepare and review deliverables such as internal audit reports and process assessmentsCollaborate with managers and team members to meet project timelines and budgetsMaintain strong client relationships through clear, professional communicationApply firm methodologies, tools, and quality standards across engagementsContribute to business development and knowledge sharing initiativesQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field10+ years of relevant experience in public accounting, internal audit, or consultingExperience with government/public sector clients preferredCPA required - CIA or CFE are a plusStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsProficiency in Excel and presentation toolsWhy MGO:Join a fast-growing firm where innovation, flexibility, and purpose-driven work come together.
