Job Description/Responsibilities

This Regional Sales Execution Manager role is built for a leader who drives results through people and execution—not just strategy. You’ll lead a regional team and work closely with sales and distributor partners to ensure plans translate into strong in-market performance across our portfolio. This is a high-impact role where coaching, accountability, and execution discipline directly influence volume, share, and growth. You’ll shape how we show up in market while building a strong bench of future sales leaders.What You’ll Do• Lead and develop a high-performing regional team, setting clear expectations and holding teams accountable to execution and results• Translate strategy into in-market execution, ensuring strong visibility, distribution, and performance across accounts• Drive performance through KPIs and execution standards, using data to coach, adjust, and improve results• Build and leverage relationships across distributors and key stakeholders to strengthen execution and expand influence• Align with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of priorities and speed to market

Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.For roles within our commercial team - the Salary range refers to base salary only and does not include car allowance, annual bonus, fuel or cell phone reimbursement.
